ICF is looking for a Senior Drupal Engineer to lead the hands-on design, development, and maintenance of CMS platforms and web applications. You will translate product requirements into clean, secure, and performant code, combining technical expertise with collaborative problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Architect and deliver Drupal sites that are fully compliant with standards for design, accessibility, security, and performance.
- Write automated tests that support the delivery of quality software.
- Help define and support your application’s path to production.
- Work with less experienced engineers to level up their skills.
- Work directly with stakeholders and team members to set and manage expectations throughout the life of the project.
- Operate within an agile development process.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years building Drupal solutions, including module development, theming, and migrations.
- Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US.
- 6+ years building secure, accessible, responsive web applications.
- Expert command of Drush and Composer.
- A deep understanding of the fundamental technologies of the web: HTTP, SSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Experience writing automated tests.
- A general understanding of containerization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the willingness to use them.
- A strong sense of ownership and engagement.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity working in and with Cloud technologies like AWS, Pantheon, and Acquia.
- Familiarity with PHP frameworks such as Symfony, Laravel, and CakePHP.
- An active account on drupal.org.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $98,614.00 - $167,644.00
