The Senior Document Controller oversees the Program Document Management Framework and supports project teams in maintaining accurate, compliant, and accessible documentation. This role ensures document control systems are effectively managed and aligned with organizational standards across program and project settings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the Program Document Management Framework
- Assist project and program teams in upholding documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and ease of access
- Lead the configuration, management, and enhancement of document control platforms such as TeamBinder (InEight Document), SharePoint, and RedEye
- Ensure all documentation is properly controlled, adheres to organizational standards, and is easily accessible to authorized stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in document control, preferably within the water or wastewater sector
- Familiarity with working under an Integrated Management System
- Strong proficiency in using document management tools including SharePoint, TeamBinder (InEight Document), and RedEye
- Skilled in developing and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience handling engineering drawings and technical documentation
