Build and strengthen the Orange Investor Alliance and Partner Coalition by engaging institutional investors, development finance institutions, corporations, philanthropies, and government entities. Position Orange Bonds and related financial instruments as key tools for sustainable transformation across emerging markets.
Capital Mobilization & Market Development
- Drive the origination and execution of Orange Capital transactions, unlocking new sources of funding across diverse geographies
- Secure catalytic capital and grant funding to accelerate growth and replication
- Work with regulators and multilateral agencies to embed Orange standards into financial frameworks and market practices
- Expand the reach of the Orange Bond Verifier Training and certification programs to build credibility and capacity
Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Building
Lead high-impact advocacy campaigns and global forums that elevate the role of gender-responsive climate finance. Publish research and narratives that influence policy and investment trends. Partner with academic institutions and think tanks to integrate Orange principles into finance education and professional development.

Qualifications & Mindset
15+ years of leadership in finance, impact investing, or international development, with a demonstrated ability to mobilize capital and influence systems. You bring deep networks across global institutions, investors, and policymakers. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in business, public policy, or development is preferred. Success in this role demands resilience, vision, and the ability to lead transformational change in challenging contexts.
