Crown Bioscience is expanding its focus on the global pharmaceutical market and seeks a Senior Director, Business Development, Global Pharma Accounts (East Coast). This role is part of a new team dedicated exclusively to Top 25 Global Pharma, where you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored sales strategies to drive business opportunities in translational science, specifically Oncology.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals in your assigned market.
- Identify and analyze business opportunities, formulating plans to capture them and address challenges.
- Contact prospective customer and partner companies to explore opportunities and manage negotiations.
- Develop and maintain key business relationships across a broad sphere of influence, both internally and externally.
- Manage logistics for daily operations.
- Travel flexibly up to 40% of the time as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Molecular and Cell Biology or a related life science field.
- At least 5 years of drug discovery experience selling directly to Top 25 Global Pharma.
- Relevant business development experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environments and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Masterful selling skills and a strategic mindset that result in strong, trusting customer relationships.
Nice to Have
- An advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred; equivalent sales experience will also be considered.
- A strong background in oncology and in vivo pharmacology with at least 8 years in a business development or sales role.
- A proven track record of selling to Global Top 25 Pharma, including the ability to win complex deals and manage high-level negotiations to achieve long-term value.

You will join a new team within Crown Bioscience focused exclusively on building relationships with Top 25 Global Pharma accounts.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range of $155,000 to $175,000 based on experience.
Work Mode
This is a global role based on the East Coast.
