About the Role
The individual in this position will lead end-to-end integration efforts following corporate acquisitions, coordinating across departments to align processes, systems, and cultures while driving value realization.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration planning and execution for mergers and acquisitions

- Ensure alignment of acquired company operations with corporate standards
- Manage communication strategies between leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee cultural integration and change management initiatives
- Monitor integration progress against key performance indicators
- Resolve conflicts and roadblocks during transition phases
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between acquiring and acquired teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
- Support due diligence activities prior to deal closure
- Prepare executive-level status reports and dashboards
- Drive process harmonization across business units
- Establish integration governance frameworks
- Manage third-party consultants and integration specialists
- Align technology platforms and IT infrastructure
- Integrate financial reporting and accounting systems
- Assess risks associated with integration timelines
- Support talent retention and organizational design in merged entities
- Evaluate brand positioning and market presence of acquired units
- Ensure customer continuity and service delivery during transitions
