Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or performance marketing
- strong understanding of B2B marketing and brand positioning
- strong analytical thinking, content strategy, and proficiency in digital advertising platforms
- ability to translate high-level marketing strategies into effective digital campaigns
- experience designing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels (especially LinkedIn)
- comfortable working with data and campaign performance metrics
- ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations
- clear communication and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
- fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- experience working with global brands or external marketing agencies
- familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, DV360 or The Trade Desk
- experience with SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs
- interest in new technologies and AI applications in digital marketing
