As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will shape the architecture and deployment of cloud-based systems using AWS, TypeScript, and Python. Your work will directly influence scalable, secure solutions across diverse client projects, with a strong emphasis on automation, reliability, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS
- Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
- Enforce security standards and ensure compliance across environments
- Evaluate implementation strategies, weighing risks, benefits, and trade-offs
- Advise on optimal technical approaches with minimal oversight
What We're Looking For
- At least four years of experience in DevOps or related roles
- Proven expertise with AWS, serverless architectures, and scripting languages
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure-as-code platforms such as AWS CDK, Terraform, or CDKTF
- Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Effective communication skills for client and team collaboration
- Self-direction, resilience, and a constructive mindset
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration
- Familiarity with Kubernetes in production environments
- Background in database administration
