About the Role
The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure solutions while ensuring high availability, security, and performance across cloud environments. The engineer will work closely with development teams to optimize CI/CD workflows and support production systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure using modern DevOps practices
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery
- Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and incident response readiness
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment velocity
- Maintain security compliance across infrastructure and deployment processes
- Optimize cloud resource usage for cost efficiency and performance
- Support containerized environments using container orchestration platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in complex distributed systems
- Enforce observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system support
- Document architecture decisions and operational procedures
- Integrate infrastructure as code into development workflows
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve platform stability
- Drive improvements in system scalability and fault tolerance
