Heidi Health is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize infrastructure for compute resources including virtual machines, scale sets, AKS clusters, and containerized environments
  • Develop and manage Azure networking services such as virtual networks, peering connections, private endpoints, DNS configurations, and load balancing
  • Help design secure and scalable network architectures across multiple environments
  • Apply and refine standardized platform patterns for compute and networking components
  • Provision and manage infrastructure through code using Terraform, with Bicep or ARM templates as alternatives
  • Enhance automation workflows and CI/CD pipelines to streamline platform deployments and updates
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to improve system performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Engage in incident response activities and contribute to post-mortem analyses and improvements
  • Partner with platform architects and senior engineers on design and implementation of new platform capabilities
  • Assist application development teams in utilizing compute and networking services effectively
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, usage examples, and operational runbooks
  • Provide practical input to refine and evolve platform standards, incident response practices, and service-level objectives
