Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain infrastructure for distributed, scalable services across SaaS and on-prem deployments
- Collect customer requirements and modify configurations and software to accommodate new environments
- Enhance and utilize monitoring systems to track platform performance and ensure reliability
- Collaborate with product teams to validate new features and prepare on-premises software releases
- Streamline and automate release processes to reduce deployment friction
- Maintain an active interest in new technologies that can address current technical challenges
