Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure supporting distributed and scalable services across SaaS and on-prem environments
- Collect customer requirements and modify configurations and software to accommodate new deployment scenarios
- Utilize and enhance monitoring systems to track platform performance, reliability, and operational health
- Collaborate with product teams to validate new features and prepare on-premises software releases
- Streamline and automate release processes to reduce deployment friction and improve efficiency
- Maintain an active interest in emerging technologies that address current technical challenges
