What You'll Do
You'll lead the design and implementation of a scalable platform that empowers creators and users to experience interactive, location-based AR content. Your work will directly influence the architecture, gameplay systems, and real-time performance across mobile and AR glasses.
You'll develop robust client-server components, fine-tune performance for diverse devices, and build internal tools to streamline workflows across engineering, art, and quality assurance. Collaboration with designers, engineers, and product leads is essential to deliver a compelling user experience.
You’ll review code, mentor junior developers, and help raise the team’s technical standards. Staying current with AR advancements is expected, and you’ll contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional software development with high-level programming languages
- Three or more years using Unity or comparable game engines, with a track record of shipped applications or games
- Strong grasp of real-time performance constraints and optimization techniques
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges completely and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with shader development and graphics programming
