What You'll Do
Take full responsibility for the mobile component of projects involving wearable tech, smart sensors, and health-focused devices. You'll design and manage BLE communication protocols, troubleshoot real-world device connectivity issues, and ensure seamless interaction between hardware and software.
Work side by side with firmware and backend developers to align system behavior and optimize data flow. You’ll participate in architectural discussions, influence technical direction, and engage directly with clients—without intermediaries—ensuring clarity and impact in every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in mobile application development
- Demonstrated expertise in Bluetooth Low Energy, including pairing, data transmission, and connection stability
- Strong proficiency with Flutter and either Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android)
- Proven track record building applications for connected devices, especially those involving real-time data streaming
- Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and drive features from concept to completion
- Experience working in rapid development cycles with short sprint durations (1–2 weeks)
- Clear and effective communication skills when working with technical teams and external stakeholders
- English language ability at B2 level or higher
- Commitment to high standards in both functionality and user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Collaboration experience with firmware engineering teams
- Background in medical technology or regulated product development
- Familiarity with testing methodologies specific to BLE communication
- Hands-on experience implementing over-the-air (OTA) updates or device provisioning workflows
