Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of CI/CD systems to reduce build duration and increase deployment velocity
- Develop and manage a centralized developer portal featuring service discovery, standardized templates, and integrated documentation
- Design opinionated service templates for Go, Rails, and Vue.js that embed coding standards and operational best practices
- Build and support internal tools that streamline engineering processes and reduce manual effort
- Deploy and configure AI-powered coding assistants with policies to ensure safe and consistent usage
- Enable rapid service provisioning through self-service systems, allowing teams to go from idea to staging in less than four hours
- Promote platform adoption through clear documentation and hands-on developer training
- Partner with SREs to monitor developer experience metrics such as build performance, deployment rate, and recovery time
- Integrate automated security and compliance checks into development workflows without introducing friction
