Atolio is hiring a Senior Deployment Engineer to serve as the key link between our engineering and customer success teams. You will take ownership of the full deployment lifecycle of Atolio's enterprise search platform, ensuring it is deployed smoothly, securely, and efficiently across a variety of customer environments. Your work will directly impact customer success from day one.

What You'll Do

Lead customer-specific deployments and onboarding of Atolio's platform in cloud native or hybrid environments.
Design and implement deployment processes focused on scalability, security, and reliability.
Integrate Atolio with a range of enterprise systems, such as document repositories, ticketing systems, and code repositories.
Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and system performance.
Build automation scripts and tooling to streamline operations and minimize manual tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in collaboration with customers.
Maintain accurate deployment documentation and promote best practices.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in a deployment, DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering role.
Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong background in containerization, especially with Kubernetes.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm.
Knowledge of secure networking, identity management (e.g., SAML, OIDC), and API integrations.
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Okta, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog.
Programming experience in at least one language (Go, Python, or similar).
Excellent troubleshooting abilities and clear, empathetic communication with external stakeholders.
A mindset focused on automation, repeatability, and scalable solutions.
