What You’ll Do
- Assess and integrate diverse data sources, ensuring structured, scalable processing and enrichment of medical datasets
- Design and implement data pipelines that support high-quality analytics and modeling
- Apply artificial intelligence techniques to refine data workflows and extract deeper value from health records
- Develop predictive models that address real challenges in patient care and treatment pathways
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into strategic actions
- Communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences across international settings
- Champion data excellence, helping to elevate standards and practices across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of four years in data science roles with a focus on analytical rigor and technical execution
- Degree in (Medical) Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, Pandas, and Jupyter environments
- Strong command of English (C1 or higher), with the ability to collaborate effectively in global teams
- Proven problem-solving skills and a mindset oriented toward continuous improvement
- A genuine interest in advancing healthcare through data innovation
Preferred Background
- Experience working with healthcare-specific datasets or complex, longitudinal medical records
