- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify business challenges and create data-driven, ML-powered solutions.
- Examine product usage data, plan controlled experiments, and lead efforts to acquire and incorporate new data sources.
- Develop high-quality, production-ready code to deploy models efficiently, adhering to software development standards.
- Conduct code reviews, support junior team members, and promote ongoing enhancements in both technology and methodologies.
