CI&T is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team. We are specialists in technological transformation, combining human expertise with AI to create scalable tech solutions. In this role, you will focus on building machine learning models and supporting experimentation processes, diving into daily problems, and summarizing complex information through data visualization.
What You'll Do
- Understand and support the experimentation process.
- Apply the concept 'it's okay to make mistakes and we learn from them' in daily work.
- Dive into daily problems, helping the team find solutions.
- Actively contribute to team evolution, receiving and giving constant feedback.
- Build machine learning models including regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, ensemble methods, natural language processing, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and optimization.
- Use programming in Python, R, Scala, SAS, etc. to experiment and develop algorithms.
- Collect structured and unstructured data to develop algorithms.
- Summarize complex information so it is easily understood via data visualization.
- Know DevOps pipeline tools like Microservices, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Nexus, Docker.
- Use Big Data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, Tera Data or SAS for algorithm development.

- Must reside in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, with mandatory presence in the city offices as per current attendance policy.
