Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of data protection professionals, fostering expertise and consistency across regions
- Develop and refine risk assessment frameworks, internal procedures, and compliance tools
- Design and manage global initiatives, providing implementation guidance to local coordinators in multiple jurisdictions
- Act as a trusted advisor on data protection matters, supporting digital transformation and AI governance projects
- Coordinate incident response and conduct thorough investigations when required
- Strengthen internal communication through targeted channels to promote privacy awareness
- Collaborate with Group Compliance on international regulatory projects
Qualifications and Experience
You bring a recognized university degree in law, business law, or business IT, complemented by formal data protection certification. A strong foundation in privacy law is essential, paired with at least five years of hands-on experience in a comparable role.

- Strong intercultural communication and diplomatic skills for global collaboration
