Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to influence product development and business growth on a multi-sided healthcare platform. You will deliver data-driven insights by analyzing complex datasets and creating scalable dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Develop actionable business insights by analyzing data and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize product and growth initiatives.
- Work with data scientists and engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility in pipelines and logging systems.
- Formulate hypotheses and refine ambiguous questions through deep data exploration and understanding of customer behavior.
- Build and enable others to create critical dashboards and reports by developing scalable datasets aligned with business needs.
- Design, implement, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to provide meaningful conclusions for product and marketplace optimization.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to guide AI feature development through insights and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience leveraging analytics to solve complex business challenges across multiple teams or products, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python.
- Strong understanding of experimental design and causal inference methods.
- Expertise in building dashboards and data visualizations, preferably using Looker and LookML.
- Excellent data storytelling and communication skills to translate insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passionate about expanding access to mental healthcare and mission-driven impact.

- Salary: $135,000–$155,000
