Trust Wallet is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to spearhead the development of our data analytics operations. You will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to build a data-driven culture, leveraging our AWS data lake to provide actionable insights and establish data governance.
What You'll Do
- Utilise the AWS data lake to gather, process, and analyse large datasets, ensuring data is accessible, accurate, and actionable.
- Lead the development of data analytics initiatives, focusing on creating meaningful insights for business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards that drive decision-making.
- Define and implement data governance practices, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop automated reporting systems and scalable analytics processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for data analytics within the organization.
- Mentor and train other employees on best practices in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven expertise in building and managing data lakes, with hands-on experience in AWS (S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and experience with Python or R.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing data governance frameworks and ensuring data quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- You must have the right to work for the country you are based.
