Responsibilities
- Generate insights that can drive the direction of our Financial Health strategy through proactive analysis
- Bring data-driven rigour to our approach to product development and build a strategic understanding of the business while structuring complex projects to bring them to life
- Work and advise on Financial Health’s global expansion strategy
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports and metrics that assess business and customer outcomes within Financial Health
- Ensure accurate reporting to third parties and regulators
- Build and maintain controls to ensure our business processes are running as intended
- Lead projects to improve the accuracy, efficiency and accessibility of our data
Requirements
- Experienced Senior Data Analyst with hands-on experience
- Passionate about using data to improve and inform business decisions
- Motivated by solving challenging problems and collaborating with subject matter experts
- Excited to work autonomously to impact a fast-growing, evolving business
- Comfortable getting hands-on and thinking strategically
- Experienced with using a variety of Data Analysis tools
- Solid grounding in SQL
Nice to Have
- Experience in Financial Health is a plus, but not required
