About the Role

The role involves extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex product usage data to uncover actionable insights that drive product development and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze large-scale product interaction datasets
• Identify patterns in user behavior to inform product improvements
• Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics
• Develop dashboards to monitor product performance
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on feature adoption and engagement
• Support A/B testing design and interpretation
• Evaluate the impact of product changes using statistical methods
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure data quality
• Define and track KPIs across product domains
• Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Propose data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Maintain documentation of analytical processes
• Ensure data privacy and compliance in all analyses
• Stay current with industry trends in product analytics
• Mentor junior analysts and data scientists
• Contribute to roadmap planning using insights
• Use SQL and Python for data processing and modeling
• Apply machine learning where appropriate to surface insights
• Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy
• Evaluate data tooling needs for product teams
• Facilitate workshops to align on data understanding
• Challenge assumptions using data evidence
• Drive a culture of experimentation and learning
• Ensure reproducibility of analytical results
