Target Enterprise Inc is looking for a Senior Data Analyst – Business Storytelling & Strategic Insights to serve as a trusted advisor at the intersection of data and strategy. You’ll join the Marketing Analytics and Insights team to turn complex data into clear meaning and drive action.

What You'll Do

Explore and interpret data to uncover the story behind business performance.
Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and answer strategic questions.
Work with marketing and cross-functional partners to translate guest performance data into data-driven strategies.
Develop intuitive, action-oriented dashboards and visualizations that highlight key takeaways.
Lead storytelling sessions and presentations with key leaders and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships across the business to stay plugged into evolving priorities.

What We're Looking For

4-year degree in Analytics, Statistics, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
3+ years in a data analyst or similar role with a focus on storytelling, stakeholder communication, and business strategy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to distill complex data into clear, persuasive narratives.
Working knowledge of data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python or R).
Deep curiosity about guest behavior and business trends.
Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders to drive strategy.

Advanced degree.
5+ years in a data analyst or similar role.
