Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions, platforms, and data integration interfaces
- Strong expertise in data modeling (e.g. dimensional modeling, normalization/denormalization)
- Proven experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure is preferred but experience with AWS or GCP is equally welcome) as well as tools like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and architectural patterns such as Medallion
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with curiosity and openness towards leveraging AI-assisted stakeholders
- Solid software engineering mindset, including experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A consulting mindset with a customer-centric approach
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and English for stakeholder discussions
- High level of ownership, self-motivation and the ability to quickly dive into new topics while constructively challenging the status quo
