Orum is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (MEX) to join our team. In this role, you will be the strategic partner for our customers in Mexico, guiding them to maximize value from our solutions and fostering long-term, successful partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic accounts in Mexico.
- Develop and execute success plans to ensure customers achieve their business objectives.
- Proactively manage the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to drive account expansion.
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to advocate for product improvements internally.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach to understanding customer health and identifying risk.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Mexico.
