EX Squared is looking for a Senior Customer Success Coordinator to champion our clients' experience and ensure they achieve maximum value from our partnership. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining long-term, successful relationships.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Proactively monitor client health, identify risks, and develop retention strategies.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through adoption and value realization.
- Gather and synthesize client feedback to inform product and service improvements.
- Build and deliver reports on customer health metrics and success outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive customer strategy.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in the United Arab Emirates.
