EX Squared is looking for a Remote Customer Success Specialist to champion our customers' journey and ensure they achieve their goals with our solutions. You will be instrumental in building strong, lasting relationships and driving product adoption.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them from onboarding to renewal.
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for additional value and growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on goals, track progress, and gather feedback.
- Develop and share best practices and resources to help customers maximize their use of our products.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and improve the overall experience.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or client services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
