Automation Anywhere is looking for a Senior Customer Engineer to provide technical expertise and support for our automation platform. You will apply your deep technical skills to solve complex customer challenges while collaborating with teams across time zones.
What You'll Do
- Apply strong debugging skills to identify root causes and implement quick fixes.
- Collaborate with global teams and customers to solve complex technical problems.
- Liaise effectively between technical teams and customers to ensure successful outcomes.
- Adapt communication and working hours to support customers across various time zones.
What We're Looking For
- 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience with SaaS applications, RESTful web services, Kafka, ElasticSearch, gRPC, and Python for Data Science.
- Good experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure and GCP).
- Good experience integrating with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, Workaround, and Intune.
- Good experience with security standards and practices including OAuth, SAML and SSO.
- Strong hands-on experience coding with Java and Python Scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a get-things-done attitude.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and customer-facing interactions.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Prompt engineering.
