About the Role

This role leads the development and execution of customer education programs, ensuring users can effectively adopt and leverage the platform through structured learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and rollout of customer-facing education programs
  • Design learning paths tailored to diverse customer segments
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to identify knowledge gaps
  • Develop scalable training materials including videos, guides, and webinars
  • Measure the effectiveness of education initiatives using key metrics
  • Translate product updates into timely educational content
  • Manage external partners and vendors involved in content production
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all learning platforms
  • Support the creation of a self-service learning portal
  • Gather customer feedback to refine educational offerings
  • Align curriculum development with customer lifecycle stages
  • Drive engagement through targeted onboarding and certification programs
  • Maintain a content calendar for regular updates and releases
  • Work with localization teams to adapt materials for global audiences
  • Train internal teams to support customer education efforts
  • Identify opportunities to automate learning delivery
  • Stay current with industry trends in instructional design and customer success
  • Coordinate with customer success managers to identify training needs
  • Optimize user retention through proactive learning interventions
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met in all educational content

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in education or instructional technology
  • Certification in instructional design or adult learning
  • Experience in HR technology or global payroll platforms
  • Familiarity with API-driven or developer-centric products
