About the Role
This position is responsible for providing legal guidance on partnership agreements, managing contractual risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business development initiatives across key alliances.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements
- Advise internal teams on legal risks associated with alliance strategies
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies in all agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product, and finance
- Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to partnership frameworks
- Manage external counsel when necessary for specialized legal matters
- Maintain contract documentation and compliance tracking systems
- Support due diligence processes in partnership onboarding
- Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes for scalability
- Develop standard contract templates to accelerate deal cycles
- Provide timely legal recommendations to business leaders
- Monitor evolving legal landscapes impacting partnership models
- Escalate high-risk issues to senior legal management
- Ensure intellectual property rights are protected in agreements
- Facilitate alignment between legal terms and business objectives
- Conduct legal training for business teams on partnership risks
- Review non-disclosure agreements with alliance partners
- Support integration of legal requirements in go-to-market strategies
- Evaluate indemnification and liability clauses for risk exposure
- Maintain confidentiality across sensitive partnership discussions
