Responsibilities
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements
- Provide legal guidance on data protection, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Support corporate governance initiatives and internal policy development
- Advise on intellectual property rights and usage across digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and service expansions
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in domestic and international operations
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulatory requirements
- Manage external legal counsel and coordinate legal strategies
- Oversee contract lifecycle management and documentation standards
- Interpret legal developments and communicate impact to stakeholders
- Support mergers, acquisitions, or partnership due diligence as needed
- Develop and deliver legal training to internal teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal domains
- Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries or audits
- Contribute to crisis management and incident response planning
