Sikich is hiring a Senior Consultant, IT Solutions to lead our network engineering engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering client requirements, architecting tailored solutions, and implementing them across varied IT environments. You'll be a key client relationship builder and project lead on complex infrastructure initiatives.

What You'll Do

Focus on defining client needs, architecting network solutions, and ensuring quality assurance before client release.
Act as a resource for performing the discovery and diagnostic phase of technical projects.
Build client relationships and provide advanced technical support for complex issues.
Act as project lead for complex network infrastructure projects.
Evaluate and recommend new systems and tools.
Become proficient in the overall functionality of all Microsoft products.
Manage time against assigned budgets, keep projects on schedule, recommend ways to overcome delays, and ensure billable hours are logged accurately.
Mentor Consultants and Associate Consultants on projects.
Increase technical skills beyond core needs and obtain/maintain the latest Microsoft Certifications.
Achieve billable hour goals as dictated by team senior management.
Develop a good understanding of business and information technology processes.
Work daily with Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

What We're Looking For

A background and expertise in Network consulting.
A minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
A 4-year college degree or commensurate industry experience.
Major certifications in your area of expertise, such as Microsoft Azure, Modern Workplace, and Teams.
Expertise with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams Voice, SharePoint Online, SQL, Active Directory, and Windows Server and Desktop OS.
Network infrastructure expertise, including LAN/WAN, routing, VLANs, core switching, and wireless.
Server and desktop hardware installation and troubleshooting skills.
Security experience, including expertise with firewall and desktop security products.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methods using various best-of-breed products.
