DICK'S Sporting Goods, a company that believes in how positively sports can change lives, seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for administering variable pay programs, providing compensation guidance, analyzing market data, and managing key compensation initiatives and audits.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the administration of variable pay programs.
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on various compensation-related items.
- Gather and maintain market-based compensation data to provide salary recommendations and maintain internal compensation structures.
- Participate in salary surveys and analyze results to ensure competitive positioning.
- Manage compensation initiatives and special projects, including developing timelines, conducting financial analysis, and providing reporting.
- Work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure technology systems meet compensation needs.
- Perform regular compensation program audits and implement process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.
- Financial analysis experience.
Nice to Have
- Retail experience.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $67,100.00 - $109,000.00
