ChainGPT is hiring a Senior Community Manager (L1 Builder) for the Middle East region to architect and build the AIVM Tribe community from zero to cult status. You'll sit at the intersection of community, communications, and technical operations, designing the Discord ecosystem, crafting narratives on X (Twitter), and transforming early users into evangelists.
What You'll Do
- Architect, build, and deploy the AIVM Discord server (Citadel) from scratch, owning channel structure, role hierarchy, gating logic, verification flows, and support systems.
- Design dedicated sub-communities for complex user segments like validators, GPU providers, AI developers, and general token holders to ensure high-signal technical discussions.
- Lead AIVM's voice on X (Twitter), translating technical updates into compelling threads, memes, and narratives.
- Manage sentiment, crisis, and feedback during Testnet, responding with empathy and funneling actionable bugs and insights to engineering.
- Identify power users, cultivate advocates, and create programs to convert participants into long-term contributors and champions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven L1/L2 Blockchain Community Experience: Managed communities for a blockchain, infrastructure, or launchpad project; understands validators, faucets, RPCs, gas mechanics, staking workflows, and node ops.
- Discord Power-User / Architect: Expert at building complex permission systems, anti-raid/anti-spam protection, role-gated channels, and maintaining large-scale server hygiene.
- Technically Fluent (Non-Coder): Comfortable reading GitBooks, understanding developer tooling, and helping users troubleshoot wallet connections, node setup, and testnet onboarding.
- Strong Content Creation Skills: Able to craft high-performing Twitter threads, announcements, memes, and narrative-driven updates for the crypto community.
- Calm Under Pressure: Thrives in chaotic pre-launch environments and can manage sentiment during unexpected issues.
