- Demonstrate enthusiasm for exploring diverse design approaches, ensuring characters are both imaginative and internally consistent
- Thrive during early creative stages, actively contributing ideas and engaging in discussions with artists across disciplines
- Collaborate with leadership to define visual direction, create style guides, and prepare reference materials for external partners
- Monitor personal task progress, timelines, and interdependencies, supporting team and production goals effectively
- Contribute to a respectful feedback environment and welcome input from leads and peers to refine artistic output
- Support junior artists through guidance and mentorship, fostering professional development within the character art team
