At Allianz, we are looking for a Senior Case Manager to manage a portfolio of Treasury Managed Fund claims from inception to finalisation. You will ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and company requirements while focusing on strategic collaboration to maximise return to work and health outcomes for claimants. This role requires consistent initiative and leadership.

What You'll Do

Focus on strategic collaboration and case management for Workers' Compensation claims for corporate clients to optimise return to work and health outcomes.
Make informed liability decisions for claims based on comprehensive evaluation of all relevant information.
Foster effective relationships with stakeholders, including injured claimants, families, and legal and medical professionals.
Uphold high customer service standards and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Continuously assess claims for treatment and rehabilitation needs, identify trends for risk management, and recommend policy improvements.

What We're Looking For

Completed structured training with a portfolio of evidence demonstrating technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
Relevant medico-legal qualifications and experience in bodily injury claims processes within insurance, legal, medical, or complex customer service sectors.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, provide advice and guidance, and temporarily fulfil roles such as Case Reviewer and Team Manager.
Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to organise tasks and manage competing resources while displaying leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and balance empathy with achieving optimal commercial outcomes.
A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
