Horizon3.ai is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data transparency and deliver impactful insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering on analysis, dashboard development, and advanced analytics.

What You'll Do

Analyze structured and unstructured data with advanced SQL to uncover trends and patterns.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for product, revenue operations, and customer success teams.
Deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.
Present complex findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating needs into data requirements.
Develop and maintain a standard suite of self-service Tableau dashboards.
Build trust in the data by investigating anomalies and working with Data Engineering to resolve them.
Engage with Eng and Product teams to understand platform changes impacting the data warehouse.
Contribute to table changes in the Redshift data warehouse to support analysis needs.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Experience using Tableau or other BI tooling to build comprehensive dashboards.
Familiarity with the modern BI tech stack.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Agile mindset with ability to iterate quickly and adapt to changing business priorities.
Self-starter who takes ownership and drives initiatives to completion.
Hands-on experience designing and building scalable data pipelines and data models.
Experience working in fast-paced environments and collaborating across multiple business functions.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in programming languages used for data engineering (e.g., Python, Scala).
Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD for data pipelines.
