- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Use data to measure the effectiveness of brand experiences
- Stay current with design trends and brand innovation practices
- Mentor junior designers in brand-focused projects
- Integrate customer feedback into brand experience improvements
- Balance creative vision with technical and business constraints
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in design or related discipline
- Experience in home services or sustainability-focused industries

- Proficiency in prototyping tools beyond standard design software
