What you'll drive
• You own complex features end to end – from product discovery and planning through technical design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• You conduct code and technical design reviews, raising the bar for quality across the team.
• You mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to a culture of learning and growth.
• You shape the capabilities of our virtual cloud provider platform, working on features that improve the overall platform experience – including Deployment-Technology, ManagedService, AuthN/AuthZ, Developer-Experience, ..
What makes you a great fit
Your Profile
• Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in web or distributed systems
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Go
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, distributed systems, and the design of APIs and microservices architectures, containerization e.g. Docker, Kubernetes
• Degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification
• Strong foundations in Computer Science fundamentals
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Openness to feedback and a genuine drive to keep learning
• Structured approach to problem-solving and a curiosity for technology
What sets you apart
• Experience in building and/or operating cloud infrastructure components, ideally in a cloud-native environment e.g. message queues, SQL / NoSQL DBs
• Familiarity with React
• Experience building and/or operating monitoring and logging systems
• DevSecOps mindset and hands-on experience
