Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale projects within the team and collaborate on company-wide initiatives for HR and payroll platforms.
- Engage in product discussions by offering technical feedback and proposing effective solutions to challenges.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of both engineering systems and product functionality within the team’s domain.
- Review code submissions with constructive input to ensure quality and consistency.
- Contribute meaningful code to shared repositories used across engineering teams.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and operational issues affecting business functions.
- Participate in broader organizational efforts such as customer support cycles, recruitment, and technical proposal reviews.
- Guide and support junior engineers through mentorship and technical leadership.
- Identify opportunities for platform enhancement and help implement scalable improvements.
- Design and build APIs with attention to performance, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
- Help transition engineering workflows to use autonomous agents as the standard execution model.
- Design and deploy end-to-end agentic processes—from specification to verification—to accelerate delivery.
- Create modular, reusable automation patterns that can be adopted across multiple engineering domains.
- Implement validation mechanisms like tests, evaluations, and safety checks to guarantee correctness and security at scale.
