Responsibilities
- Lead problem-solving from initial user engagement through solution deployment by understanding user needs and delivering effective outcomes
- Develop and sustain Python-based backend systems that operationalize AI features such as document analysis, supplier recommendations, and bid evaluation
- Create and manage APIs and integration layers that connect AI components with front-end interfaces and third-party platforms
- Construct scalable data pipelines to handle, standardize, and process high volumes of diverse construction industry data, both structured and unstructured
- Engage in team collaboration through code reviews, testing initiatives, and continuous integration and deployment processes
- Propose and explore innovative uses of AI methods to solve practical challenges in procurement operations
