Responsibilities
- Lead complex, business-critical projects with broad organizational impact.
- Collaborate closely with product teams spanning different divisions.
- Build, integrate, and maintain both new and legacy systems across diverse platforms.
- Design and execute integration plans for new applications within existing infrastructure.
- Create detailed technical designs, engineering roadmaps, and testing strategies for integration efforts.
- Develop and automate unit and end-to-end testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience working with systems relevant to Billing and Invoicing, Payments and Collections, or Accounting and Tax domains.
- Proven track record of deploying robust, high-quality services using Java, Kotlin, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, XML, and JSON for data exchange.
- Strong grasp of data handling, transformation, and distribution techniques.
- Proficiency in version control, quality assurance practices, and meticulous attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Workato or other integration-platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) tools.
- Exposure to distributed systems, scalability challenges, SaaS architectures, SQL, JavaScript, and Pulsar.
- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zuora Billing.

Compensation
Base salary range: $134,000 - $214,000 USD per year. Equity is included as part of total compensation when eligible. Cash compensation may include overtime, bonuses, or commissions, depending on eligibility.
