Responsibilities
- Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices using Python for scalable backend systems
- Create secure, high-performance, and scalable backend architectures
- Connect backend components with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB
- Produce clean, maintainable, and secure code with performance and testing in mind
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and IAM
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
- Configure monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and other AWS monitoring tools
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar IaC technologies
- Support Amazon Connect implementations including contact flows, routing profiles, and queue setups
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lex, Polly, and Lambda for enhanced functionality
- Assist in transitioning legacy contact center systems to Amazon Connect platforms
- Collaborate on frontend development using React, Angular, or Vue when necessary, ensuring seamless API integration
