Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of a new product focused on data and multimedia within the wellness and fitness domain, working alongside product, engineering, and data teams
- Collaborate across disciplines with product managers, designers, engineers, content creators, data specialists, and infrastructure teams
- Guide team members through mentorship, lead product and engineering efforts, shape coding standards, and assist in high-impact technical decisions
- Promote rapid experimentation by advancing iterative development methods and technical architectures that sustain quality at speed
- Champion engineering excellence by advocating strong technical practices, supporting continuous learning, influencing key technical choices, and ensuring system scalability, performance, and reliability
