Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary Kft. is hiring a Senior Backend Developer (REF4632Q) to join a team working for an international partner. You will design, develop, and maintain backend applications in a cloud-based environment, leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and containerization technologies.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Maven
- Build and manage scalable MongoDB databases
- Develop robust REST APIs, integrating with TM-Forum APIs in a cloud environment
- Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Kubernetes and Docker
- Ensure code quality and security with tools like SonarQube
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and other team members throughout the full development cycle
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Maven, and database management
- Proven experience in REST API development and TM-Forum API integration (required)
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, with Container-as-a-Service (CaaS) experience
- Experience in cloud-based environments and knowledge of DevOps principles
- Practical experience with CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe
- Experience using development support tools such as GitLab and Jira
- Business-level English proficiency (required)
Nice to Have
- Experience with MongoDB (preferred)
- German language skills (advantageous)
- Experience with SonarQube for code quality and security checks
- Familiarity with Angular to facilitate collaboration with frontend developers
