Jobgether is seeking a Senior Automation Tester to lead quality assurance initiatives for our web and mobile applications. You will define and execute comprehensive test strategies, develop automated testing frameworks, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality solutions in our dynamic, fast-paced development environment.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring robust coverage and quality standards.
Lead automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium (Java) and Appium, optimizing test frameworks and processes.
Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on test design, execution, and best practices.
Collaborate with product, development, and technical teams to communicate QA findings and drive improvements across the SDLC.
Implement and maintain CI/CD-integrated automated test suites to ensure efficient, reliable delivery.
Conduct test execution across real devices and cloud platforms like BrowserStack, ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
Advocate for quality and continuous improvement within the QA team, promoting innovation in testing methodologies.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of mobile QA experience (iOS & Android).
3+ years of hands-on automation experience with Selenium (Java) and custom framework development.
Proficiency with Appium and real device/cloud testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack).
Strong understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience optimizing automated tests for reliability and speed.
Advanced programming skills for test automation (Java preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong leadership, independence, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
