Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-level solutions leveraging generative AI and automation technologies.
- Construct intelligent, automated workflows that unify artificial intelligence, process automation, and business operations.
- Develop scalable system architectures that integrate Azure AI services with core enterprise platforms.
- Design and build reusable software components, frameworks, and solution accelerators for rapid deployment.
- Deliver solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Cognitive Services, and Microsoft Copilot integrations.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance model accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze and optimize AI model behavior, including grounding strategies, hallucination mitigation, and RAG implementation.
- Enforce AI safety measures, content moderation, and responsible AI standards across applications.
- Tailor and expand Microsoft Copilot functionality to meet enterprise-specific requirements.
- Connect AI-driven systems with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and custom applications.
- Implement secure identity management using OAuth, Azure AD, and Managed Identity; support event-driven and real-time integrations.
- Adhere to enterprise architecture principles and design standards.
- Conduct unit, integration, and AI-specific validation testing to ensure reliability.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and technical artifacts for all solutions.
- Discover and assess potential AI use cases across various business areas.
- Lead innovation efforts and proof-of-concept projects in agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and intelligent automation.
