Fujitsu is looking for a Senior Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Generative AI technologies to design and develop intelligent automation and AI-driven enterprise solutions. We need a strong programmer with deep understanding of AI models, system integrations, and scalable architecture.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using various GenAI and Automation solutions.
- Build intelligent workflows integrating AI, automation, and business processes.
- Develop scalable architectures integrating Azure AI services and enterprise systems.
- Create reusable solution components, frameworks, and accelerators.
- Design and implement solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Cognitive Services, and Microsoft Copilot integrations.
- Perform prompt engineering and optimize prompts for performance, cost, and accuracy.
- Understand model behavior, optimization, grounding, hallucination handling, and RAG patterns.
- Implement AI guardrails, content filtering, and responsible AI practices.
- Customize and extend Microsoft Copilot for enterprise use cases.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems like ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and custom applications.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs.
- Implement secure authentication using OAuth, Azure AD, and Managed Identity.
- Handle event-driven and real-time integrations.
- Follow enterprise architecture best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and AI validation testing.
- Ensure solution security, compliance, and governance.
- Maintain documentation and solution artifacts.
- Identify AI use cases across business domains.
- Drive innovation initiatives and Proofs of Concept in Agentic AI, Autonomous workflows, and Intelligent automation.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Azure AI Services and OpenAI.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Strong skills in APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
- Programming skills in JavaScript / TypeScript and Python.
- Strong programming skills in any modern programming language.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
