Inchcape is looking for a Senior Application Developer to serve as a technical lead and emerging solution architect, guiding the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications for our Data Analytics Platform. You will balance technical depth with stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy.

What You'll Do

Architect and lead design of complex Next.js applications.
Own distributed API implementations using Azure Functions, AKS, and API Management.
Oversee data ingestion and orchestration pipelines with ADF, Logic Apps, and Databricks.
Govern Power Apps strategy and best practices across teams.
Define technical standards, patterns, and architecture roadmaps.
Ensure compliance with performance optimization and security standards.
Partner with stakeholders to align technology direction to strategy.
Mentor staff across levels and drive knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in full-stack and cloud-native development.
Advanced expertise in React/Next.js, Node.js, Azure cloud systems, and microservices.
Demonstrated experience in designing secure, resilient applications.
Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Logic Apps.
Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring or leading modules.
