Aiwyn is looking for a Senior Angular Software Engineer to drive the development of our frontend ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, and mentoring others while collaborating across teams to build a robust component library.
What You'll Do
- Leverage AI coding assistants and tools to accelerate development velocity across the full stack.
- Help establish and refine AI-assisted development workflows, prompting strategies, and best practices for the team.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools that improve code quality, testing, and developer productivity.
- Design and implement scalable frontend solutions using Angular, focusing on creating an elegant and maintainable component library.
- Drive architectural decisions that impact the entire frontend ecosystem.
- Contribute to the progression of frontend infrastructure, support best practices, and continuously improve development workflows and user experience.
- Share expertise through mentorship, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Partner with designers and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Angular and RxJS.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture patterns and state management solutions.
- Proven ability to write clean, performant, and maintainable code.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SCSS with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience building responsive, accessible, and visually polished web applications.
- Strong capability in designing scalable frontend architectures.
- Experience in building and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.
- Track record of driving technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and establishing frontend best practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience building enterprise-grade component libraries with Angular Material.
- Expertise with NGXS or similar state management solutions.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform services.
- Knowledge of modern build tools and frontend optimization techniques.
- Full-stack capabilities with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Track record of successful projects in fast-paced environments.
